Problems Connecting to Patsystems

I use NinjaTrader to get my market data from Patsystems. I tried connecting tonight, 12/20/11, and in the lower left corner of the control panel, it read "Connected - Patsystems", but it was colored in gold and I did not have any market data.

Normally, it is colored in green and I have market data.

Can someone help me to get connected to Patsystems so I can get my market data?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
