Problems downloading Ninja

Hi,
I have attached a 2 snapshots of errors while downloading Ninja 7.0.1000.7
Also I have disabled my firewall. Any suggestions,

Thank you for your note.

You may need to open NinjaTrader related IPs and Ports through your router or ISP.

Before downloading, please clear your temporary internet files and cache.
From Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options

Under the General tab 'Browsing History' section -> Delete -> check Temporary Internet Files -> Delete

Guest issue

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply, as it happens the PC was logged on as guest and this blocked the Ninja from downloading.....
