NT application has stopped working after creating of a chart

Hello,

I'm using Free version of NT, 7.0.1000.8

I have configured my IB account and my IQ Feed account with NT, everything was good until i tried to create 1 min chart of ES 3-12.

When creating 1min chart of ES (or any other time-frame or ticker), NT crashes with the description of error below:

I tried to uninstall, reinstall, installation of previous version - but nothing helps.

How can I plot a real-time chart without NT crashing.

Reinstalled the SQL, but that didn't help. I still can't open real-time or even static chart.
Any more ideas?
