zen fire demo account

i am having problem connecting to a demo account of zenfire.
i have typed the username and password correctly as given by provider.however i did not use the licence key provided by the broker for ninjatrader.because i downloaded ninjatrader directly from ninjatrader website,i think i dont need a second licence.
please advise if i use a demo account,do i also have to change the licence key for ninjatrader.
