Kinetic problems

Have a demo PFG account and try to use Kinetic for historical in second "connection", but when load a chart have the same historical there in PFG alone. However when use Kinetic alone open a chart and there´s no data.

Are you using the Kinetick End of Day (free) connection, or do you have a subscription for real-time data with Kinetick?

Hello,

If you are using the Kinetic EOD connection, only Daily data will be used. You will not be able to supplement intraday data like minute or tick with this connection. You will need to subscribe to real-time data with Kinetick.

Also please make sure you are connecting to Kinetick first as NinjaTrader will use the first connection for data. If you were connected to PFG first, all of the data would come from PFG.
