7.0.1000.8: Historical Data Manager not working properly

1. Cannot download data properly.
- Go to Download tab in Historical Data Manager, download $AUDJPY for recent few days minute data.
- Go to Edit tab and look up the instrument, the selected date not appearing.
- Tried several time. Sometime, it seem to work, some time it doesn't.

2. Aborting data download seem to hang.
- While downloading data, try to close the Historical Data Manager, it said to abort the data via the Abort button near the status bar in Control Center.
- Clicked on the Abort button. The abort seem to hang. (already after 5 min).

OS: Win Vista Home Premium
Data provider: MB Trading FX demo account with several other accounts linked.

historical data manager does not work

NT 7.0.1000.8 historicl data manager does not work, it does not download data and if I abort or close NT I lost the data I have too.

Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect.

For what instruments do you try to load data? Could it be it downloads data for some instruments? Do you notice any consistency between the instruments that do not load data?

What happens if you create a new chart that requests the same amount of data?
