    Issue 4562 not fixed

    Hi

The release notes for 7.0.1000.8 say

    Fixed
    4562
    General
Date format on charts were erroneously set to "MM/dd/yyyy" regardless of country regional settings

However it does not appear to be fixed. My charts still have the issue.

Hi Dave, thanks for posting about this item - we're looking into it shortly.

Dave, on which charts / intervals are you seeing this still after upgrading to R8? Would you see the same after removing the UI.xml file from the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder and restarting NT7 fresh?

      Thanks,

        Hi Bertrand,

Removing that file makes no difference. As far as I can tell, It happens on all charts and intervals that have a date at the bottom, or the date displayed by global cursor. See attached.

        regards
        Dave

Thanks Dave, I'm going to try reproducing here on your UK regional setting.

Dave, to follow up here : I could not reproduce the issue on the daily charts and higher when on UK regional settings on my end. If you check you're local installed version are you 100% sure to be on the R8?

For the intraday labels development has let me know this would be expected for now as the fix added addresses only daily and higher labels. This is though on their list to further look into in the future.

            Thanks,

              Hi Bertrand,

              I am 100% sure I'm on R8.

This does not only affect intra day. You can quite xclearly see the chart I posted is a daily one.

              thanks
              Dave

Thanks Dave. We will continue to attempt reproducing here but thus we have been unfortunately not successfull in your country settings.

Could someone else maybe try to reproduce? This has not been fixed.

                  thanks
                  Dave

Dave, we tried on native German and US OS set to your regional settings and could not reproduce any issues - the label format was, as expected, set to dd/MM/yyyy - what would be seen on your setup?

Are you now testing this item on our R9?

                    Thanks,
