    Release 8. Half way fix of datetime format ?

    Hello , in R8 release I note you say under Fixed 4562: DateTime format were erroneously set to MM/dd/YY regardless of country settings.

    As of my testings this bug is not fixed. It is only fixed for the data box. But it is not fixed for the X-Axis Dates (which is only displayed on daily or weekly bar periods).

    Attacched a screen dump of the error. Please note the wrong X-Axis date format.
    PC time zone and format etc is set to Italy.

      Also: same outcome for you if you set the daily date label in the properties of the chart to dd/MM/yyyy ?

          @Bertrand,

          what you suggest does work for daily bars only.
          On 60 min bars my datetime on the x-axis stays with the inverted US format MM/dd.
          It should be dd/MM

            Andreas, I can see that here on my German OS install, too - will check with my developers into.

            Paul - can you shut NT7 down and delete your remove your UI.xml file from the Documents > NinjaTrader7 folder - then restart NT7 and recheck the charts label, still the same outcome?

              X-Axis Date format

              Hello,

              On the X-Axis of a chart, the date format is MM/DD. Is there a way I can get the YY also? If I have a chart over a few years then its not easy to find out to which year a specific MM/DD belong to. Can you please let me know if there is way I can display YYYY on the X-Axis?

              Thank you.

              Csk.

                Unfortunately this would not be possible Csk, you could only format the label / cursor flag for non intraday bars to you liking in the Chart Properties. I will log your request though for sure as new feature suggestion in our product enhancement lists, thanks for the submission.
