Data missing on XAUUSD daily chart (Kinetick)

    Data missing on XAUUSD daily chart (Kinetick)

    Hi,
    I subscribed to Kinetick realtime service to get accurate charting data.
    However there's data missing on my daily (and weekly/monthly) chart of XAUUSD (see attachement) .
    I reloaded the data from the chart by right clicking and then "reload all historical data". I also redownloaded enough data from the historical data manager to fill in the gaps.
    (the XAGUSD daily chart looks fine)

    Is this issue kown by other users? Any suggestions to solve this problem?

    Thanks for your post.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a copy of today's trace file and a link to this forum thread.

    The trace file will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file I need would be named 'trace.20111212.txt'.

          Hello SuperSaan,

          The forum thread you refer reports different instruments. Do you not load all data in a daily XAUUSD chart as well?

          Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Does it load the missing data?

            Hi Jason,

            I can also not see the daily bar of the XAUUSD chart.

            Reloading the historical data doesn't change anything.

            Please also see my topic to see what I have tried already.

              Hello SuperSaan,

              I read the forum thread you have with Matthew. So you do not receive the current daily bar in the chart, but you do load historical data?

              Am I correct your PC clock is set to GMT +1? If so, please try the following. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Session Manager and select the 'Default 24/7' session template. Set the time zone to GMT +1 and save the session template.

              Create a brand new daily chart for any of the instruments and load the 'Default 24/7' session template. Check if the daily bar for today is plotted.
