cant connect to CQG

    cant connect to CQG

    I am having trouble connecting to CQG. I receive a "... noTradingInterfacesEnabled..." exception. This applies to both live and demo accounts. I have not received this exception before. Can you please advise?

    Thanks for your post.

    Please send me a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    You will find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file I'm after would be named 'trace.20111212.txt'.
