hire a NinjaScript consultant to professionally develop for the request

Hello

first i will apologies for my poor English.

Strategy i developed it's base on EMA 8 cross VWAP above/below long/short QQQ
( NASDQ ETF ).
Trade between 10:00 - 15:00 ET only
Its sound's simple. The key for success and be profit for long time it's money management

The condition for stop loss and take profit by ATR, how can i set the time 10:00 - 15:00 that automated trade will work

1. stop loss 0.2 ATR ( That's My risk).
2. take profit 0.6 ATR
3. stop move to B/E at 0.2 ATR in profit.

Untill now i did't get how to manage my risk By ATR AT NINJA TRADER

I't will be help if some of the guy's here can answered

Did you have someone make this strategy and you are attempting to add something to it such as a time filter?

It is a ideas base on detail i add so far, It's looks good on the paper i wuold to creat a authomated trading
