adding permanent specific time alerts in a chart

Is there any way to put some kind of notice on my chart at specific times of the day? I would like something like a large red vertical bar on times I'd like to stay out or get out of the market at specific times each day.

This is definitely possible using the strategy wizard. You can create a strategy to highlight the background based on time filters, or any other conditions.
