manage risk by ATR

Hello

first i will apologies for my poor English.

Strategy i developed it's base on EMA 8 cross VWAP above/below long/short QQQ
( NASDQ ETF ).
Trade between 10:00 - 15:00 ET only
Its sound's simple. The key for success and be profit for long time it's money management

The condition for stop loss and take profit by ATR, how can i set the time 10:00 - 15:00 that automated trade will work

1. stop loss 0.2 ATR ( That's My risk).
2. take profit 0.6 ATR
3. stop move to B/E at 0.2 ATR in profit.

Untill now i did't get how to manage my risk By ATR AT NINJA TRADER

I't will be help if some of the guy's here can answered
