cant seem to load Euro Usd

I cant seem to get data loaded for the Euro/ Usd.I am connected to esignal.I have no problem with other currencies. I have the default symbol loaded from the instrument manager.$EURUSD

What could be the problem.?

Hello,

What errors do you receive on the Log tab of the Control Center?

Can you please go to Tools--> Instrument manager--> locate the EURUSD instrument and select "Edit".

From the instrument editor, please click on the "Misc" tab and scroll down to the Symbol map section. What symbol do you have in the eSignal row?

I pasted a copy EUR@fxcm a0-fx this is what is posted in the esignal row.

I also did not see any error messages in the log

I can plot a daily chart for the Euro/USD ,but it remains static or does not update.

On the Order tab under Control Center I do get the updates/prints bid/ask quotes for every currency except the Euro/USD.nothing prints.

Please reset your instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


Then restart NinjaTrader and test again.
