duplicate the entire list of instruments to another machine?

I have created my own list of more than 70 customized futures instruments under the Instrument Manager on one machine, is it possible to copy/duplicate it to another machine so that I won't have to re-do the list?

Thanks for your post.

What I would recommend for this is that you create a backup of the database (where these settings are held) and restore that backup on your other PC.
