Order Qty scroll problem

It's great to be able to go down and scroll to change your order quantity, however, I think something needs to be changed. If I change the order quantity, then come back up to the Dom and scroll to move the Dom, it still scrolls the order quantity, not the Dom. I look down at the order quantity and it changes the size significantly. That is very dangerous. After changing order quantity I've also tried clicking on other areas to move the cursor. Some places it will move the cursor, others the order qty still stays active. Can you change the scrolling feature on the order qty to change only when the mouse is over that box?

There is some complicated code in place for the scroll handling. I just tested and it worked as expected here.

Can you please describe what you do exactly (!) to achieve the weird behaviour.
