Lose connection with internet in evening

every week day, I keep the computer on and NT as well, for soem reason, only on weekdays with NT, I lose my internet connection, never weekends..any ideas?

Based on that, I'm not sure that this has anything to do with the NinjaTrader software itself.

Have you tried contacting your ISP about this?

You are going to need to determine if it is your cable modem or router.

I assume you are using a wired connection to your router?


Google your router and Cable modem models, and log into them. Your cable modem should show signal strengths, reboot times, error logs, etc.

I lost 2 routers one summer and my cable modem (docsis 1.0?).. going to docsis 3.0 was the best thing I've done.

I've also had to tighten my internet connection in the cable box room.
