If you go to Tools > Hot Keys > Global you can set up such hot keys. It looks like it defaults to "Shift+F3", but you can customize it.

I am aware of that ability. I normally have 4 workspaces open and I would like to be able to press a key, Alt+E for example to open the Euro (6E) workspace and Alt+C t o open the Oil (CL) workspace and Alt+S to open the S&P (ES). This does not appear to be possible within NT at this time and someone on the forum had suggested an alternate piece of software that would accomplish this. I just cant recall the name of that software. Any help with that??? I am sure it was a post from a NT Tech on NT.

If you go to Tools > Hot Key Manager you can setup whatever hot keys you want for this functionality. There are also a bunch of other functions in there you can assign hot keys to.

Within the past several months, (since July of this year I believe) I saw a post related to an outside software utility or program that would operate to allow a shortcut to operate within Ninja trader. The purpose that I was interested in was to be able to open the workspace change prompt in fewer keystrokes and not have to first locate the control pannel. I am aware of the Shift + F3 function and that is not what I want.
I thought I had written the name of the software down but for the life of me I cant find it or locate the post where I think I saw it.
Can anyone help me here????
