NOt seeing a "load" in the workspace dropdown menu.

In the workspaces menu, click "Load" then select the workspaces you want to load. They will stay in the bottom of that menu.

Please ensure you have previously loaded these workspaces so they show up in the File > Workspaces menu at the bottom.

Also, I am unable to replicate the instrument not changing when I shift workspaces. What version of NinjaTrader do you have? You can check in Help > About.

There is a list of reserved key combinations here.

Shift + any letter is a capital letter. Since you can type directly into charts to change the instrument, and also into most applications such as web browsers, etc., Shift + any symbol, number or letter is reserved.

Control + Z is usually paste, so I would suggest possibly Shift + Control + Z or something.
