How do I keep my DOM from jumping all over the place so I can actually place an order at the price I want?

Thank you for your post.

You can press the HOLD button in the upper left hand corner of the Dynamic SuperDOM or press the spacebar to freeze the price ladder display.

Once suspended, the button will highlight red in color and display 'HELD'. You can now safely submit or modify an order without the price of the underlying row changing. Be sure to enable the dynamic updating of the price action in the price ladder display after you have completed your order submission or modification by pressing on the HELD button or your keyboard 'Space' bar. In addition, the inside market will be displayed in the top row of the SuperDOM while the price ladder is frozen.

Thx, is that the only way to do it or are there some settings I can change.

Hello Sidvish912,

This is the only way to stop the Dynamic SuperDOM's price ladder from moving.

You may want to use the Static SuperDOM.

Most connections allow you to enable the Static SuperDOM, however when you switch to the Static SuperDOM you may be subject to TT credits. Also please note the Static SuperDOM is only available for use with futures.
