Data issue?

I am having some problems with the prices showing a different price between a 1' and 5' chart on the same index:

Hello Paul,

Thanks for the video.

What happens when you right click on either of these charts and select 'reload all historical data'?

Who is your data provider?

What do you have your merge policy set to under Tools--> Options--> Data tab?

It is set at "merge back adjusted"..

I tried your other suggestion and that didn't fix the problem...we did recently have a data switch from zen fire to CQG (in the last month)...

Do I need to change the "merge back adjusted" setting? Thanks for any help!

If you recently changed data providers, I would suggest deleting your historical data and downloading this data again.

Please delete your historical data for this symbol and date range using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open an new chart.
