Cpu - cobc

Hello,

I know - from your support - that rangebar-charts and tickcharts are more CPU-intensive than min-charts.

When using rangebars or tickcharts BUT for all indicators COBC = true I do not understand if then this is also more CPU intensive or if with COBC = true it is same as with min-charts maybe?

And in this concern another short question: when using for one instrument eg 2xtickcharts or 2x mincharts is this then 2x more "work" for the PC - or no matter if one or 2 or 3 charts (as already "ticks-in-the-PC")?

Thank you for your post.

If COBC is set to True this will only calculate the indicator at the close of the bar so if the bar only takes 30 Seconds to close then it would be more CPU Intensive when compared to a Minute bar.

Each window will require its own calculation therefore the more charts you have open even if they share the same instrument or time interval they will each require their own resources.
