Trades taken by strategies

So I have a few strategies that I'd like to forward test by actually running them for next 6 months. These strategies run 24/7 and in the beginning I am planning to run them on my laptop (rather than investing in a trading computer for now).

As I am running them off laptop, I'd like to turn my laptop off every Friday when the markets close and turn it back on Sunday when futures market open. But the question is will I lose the trades I took on Friday when I turn the machine back on Sunday?

Any help?
