error on loading chart

Hello,

I got NT 6.5 and when I tried to open a new chart with RANGE bars I got this error:

"Error on loading chart data for ES 12-11 Globex. Disconnected from Historic Data Server"

Whats the problem? could you please help me?

Is there any reason you're using NinjaTrader 6.5? If not, I would recommend that you upgrade to the current 7.0.1000.7 release here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

Thanks for clarifying.

As the NinjaTrader 6.5 historical data server is functional, this must be related to your PC's ability to reach the server. Have you tried restarting the PC, modem and router? That would be the next step here.
