Microsoft Excel and NT7 Chart windows getting painted randomly together

I just installed Microsoft Office 2010 Pro which I didn't want to do but I needed the spreadsheet functionality for my trade log.

When I am using Excel sometimes, about 2 or 3 times a day, Excel loses its visibility and I see only the NT7 Chart. I see the cell where I am entering data, but the rest of the window is overwritten by NT7.

I attached a screenshot in case you think i'm hallucinating.

This is Windows 7 with all the latest updates.

Thank you for your post.

This issue looks to be caused by Excel. Are you able to click in your Windows task bar at the bottom to bring Excel back? Can you replicate this issue and if so, please let me know so I can test it on my end.

minimizing Excel and maximizing it back again brings Excel back.
