Concerning the Use of the "dvaluearea7" Indicator...

Could somebody give me the short version of the use of the "dvaluearea7" indicator that is in the indicator section of the Forum. I do not see any instructions on it's use anywhere. It appears to be a powerful indicator; but I have no clue on how to use it, and what the specific lines and colored sections actually are telling you. Thank you. The Companion
