Unable to run NT7

NT7 crashes when I try to launch it. This is a clean install and I have tried removing and reinstalling without any success.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

It looks to be that you're running NinjaTrader on a Mac. Is that correct? If so, please tell me which virtualization program you use.

Thanks for confirming.

Please uninstall NinjaTrader, then take the following steps:
1. Start Parallels and select your virtual machine
2. Press the "Configure" button on the top
3. Under "Options", select "Sharing"
4. Uncheck "Share Mac" under "Share Mac User Folders with Windows"
5. Press "OK" and start the virtual machine

Next, reinstall NinjaTrader (download here: www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration)

After taking these steps, it should be possible for you to run NinjaTrader.

It would be fantastic if NT could detect during installation that your folders were shared as network folders and prevent installation as well as giving those steps as how to correct the situation.
