Interactive Brokers Forex Trading ?

Hello,

I just got a demo IB account and I am not sure why I cannot sell short EURUSD. The demo acct has 1MM USD in it.

When I open my fx pro and try to sell 100K EURUSD I get a rejection message stating there is insufficient cash -1000000EUR in your acct. Is there a setting within NT or TWS that I must set so that this is avoided? It clearly looks like there is a currency denomination issue that I am overlooking. I have no problems buying EURUSD.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's log file.
You will find that log in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need would be named 'log.20111117.txt'.
