Sometimes when I try to backtest a system everything is fine. Then when I change to another strategy it locks up and I cannot test anything else without shutting down NT. Is there a way to clear the Market Analyser. It probably is getting stuck with some line of code and can't proceed.

Can you please send your trace file so we can see what messages you are running into. Please send to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com and include a link to this thread. They can also be automatically sent using Help > Mail to support feature.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
* The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
