End of Day history for GC and SI missing data

Hi;
I am connected to Kinetick for EOD data and IB for real time feed. Just had a look at the EOD history for GC and SI future contract and noticed some data missing.

For instance in GC that is a gap 1/11/08 til 11/3/09 this is followed by half a year where I see only dots on the charts indicating that only partial price information is there.

I am assuming when I connected to both Kinetick (first) and IB it reads the EOD from Kinetick (at least that is how it works for Forex). Can you please offer some advice how to get the complete history?

Thanks for your post.

While connected just to Kinetick, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Hisotrical Data'. Is the chart still missing a bit of data?
