Problems with the "Submit as-is" function

Hi guys,

When I enable the 'Submit as-is' function my (strategy) script stops e-mailing me. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can solve this?

Also, when this option was enabled it should wait 10 seconds before it puts in a market order. Last Friday when I was live with real money I saw it entering with a market order right away (in like one second). So, this option seems not to work at all. Is anyone farmiliar with this?
