Clear, read, write cache message

Hello,

After I tried to change Session Template of ES futures and reloaded all historical data I keep receiving the 3 errors:
"Unable to clear out (read, write) cache"

Tried to reset database and NT. Error still pops up.
What shall I do?

The error has been reported before on our forum at thread below.

The customer was using two connections simultaneously. Could this be the case for you as well? If so, am I correct you do not experience the error when connected to one connection?

The issue was resolved after the customer rebuild his workspace. Can you please check if the error occurs when you reload historical data in a different workspace.

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, I use 2 connections simultaneously.
No, the problem did not disappear after I'd changed the workspace and used just 1 connection.

The data reloads fine. Just the ugly error windows pop up.

Can you please send me your latest log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header, make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled and reference this forum thread.
