Short cut to copy and paste drawings

Is there a short cut for copying lines and boxes I create? When I hit copy and then eventually find paste, it never goes where I want it and I have to move the figure. Is there an easier way? I am diagramming a chart with stops, reversals, etc. so many of the images are used over and over.

Thank you for your post.

To copy and paste please left mouse click on the drawing object there use Ctrl+C to Copy then left mouse click within your chart off your drawing object then use Ctrl+V to Paste. You will then need to manually move the new object within your chart to the correct position.
