    An order that's stuck in Control Center

    Hi,

    I have an order that's in state Initialized and can not be changed/cancelled. This has been stuck for 4 days in the control center's Orders tab. The DOM does not even reflect any orders at that price level.

    How do I reset this phantom order?

    Also, during the trading day, how can I delete an order line from the Control Center's Orders tab? There are cancelled orders reflected in the tab that at times I wish to delete.

    Are these trades traded on your sim account? If so, please reset the sim101 account. Go to Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab, define the values for your sim101 account and click Reset.

    If these trades were traded on a live account can you please repair your database. Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

    You can only remove these order lines by right clicking within the Orders-tab and select "Filter only active orders" or "Filter by account".
