How do I overlay an indicator, specifically ADX color, from one time frame chart to another chart? Right now I have to create a new chart to view the indicator but I want to put it on my entry chart. Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question.

Yes, you can do this without custom programming but will need all series on the same charts. Charts can have multiple series and you can apply indicators to any series on the chart as well as any panel. Please see here for help working with indicators:
It's also possible with custom programming in NinjaScript. There is a sample of this built into all installations. Click Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Strategy > SampleMultiTimeFrame. Documentation for multiseries NinjaScript is available here:
