Historical Data not available

Hi,

Using NT 7. Charting has been working OK until today. I now cannot access historical data on my charts. When I try to reload it the button is greyed out and therefore not available to me.
My connection is Zenfire through Mirus.

Any assistance appreciated.

Can you please perform a disconnect/reconnect of Zen-Fire and check if this will allow you to reload historical data. If the option is still greyed out, please send me your log and trace files for today. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach these files in your email.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20111104 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20111104 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

In the mean time, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your Zen-Fire connection and click Change. Click Next and check if historical data is enabled. If not, please do so and finish the connection. Reconnect to Zen-Fire and try reloading historical data.
