Mimimize / Restore Workspace?

Is there a simple way to minimize and restore my primary workspace in one action? Minimize all and restore all commands or the like?

I use Windows "Show Desktop" to quickly minimize my workspace, but then have to restore the workspace chart by chart.

Also, is there a way to restore workspace to a preferred state, after shuffling charts around, resizing, etc, is there a magic button that would allow me to return to my preferred "default" state.

Hi Tworth,

The only NinjaTrader keyboard shortcut for switching workspaces is Shift + F3. This is used to cycle among multiple open workspaces. If you have the computational resources to spare, you could setup two workspaces for the same charts, one in a minimized state and the other in a maximized state. Could then use shift + F3 to accomplish what you want.

Unfortunately a workspace "revert to last saved state" option is not currently available, but is on our list for consideration in a future NinjaTrader release. This is assigned tracking id # 1365.

Suggestion...

Here is another suggestion in this area...create an additional workspace with just the control center in it...minimize the control center (screen shot below) or make it fairly small perhaps......preferrably locate this in one corner of your screen perhaps....then set up a preferred hot key to cycle to the next workspace....then you can quickly go from the minimized control center workspace to your full workspace....with this method you could also have several large workspaces open and always be able to quickly cycle to the minimized control workspace....
