Tick not updating

Hi

I dropped AmpFuture's index data subscription from which i charted Tick data (cause they started charging for it), thinking IB would pick it up. I connect to Amp 1st, then IB with my multibroker NT.

Anywho, IB doesn't pick it up, ie. Tick chart doesn't update. The bars are still there - just don't update.

Now, if i disconnect from Amp, then IB will pick it up. But, I need Amps CQG data to be my primary data for my other 6E charts.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your post.

Please confirm you have index data disabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your CQG connection
• Change
• Next
• Next
• Disable "Include index data"
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect to CQG First
• Connect to IB

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
