nt trading my account

i have a couple of trades that i didn't make how can i tell why ninja trader made them? what am i looking for in my log? i would hit the "close" button and it would immediately open a new position. i'm scared to even log in now.

So we may look into this further, please provide me with your most current log and trace files.


Please also include the time this last occurred, the price you were filled, and the order ID if available. This information should be found from the Executions tab of the Control Center.

You will find the log file on your PC in the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named log.20111101.txt

You will find the trace file on your PC in the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named trace.20111101.txt

Please attach both of these files in an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with Attn: Matthew in the subject line and a reference to this thread.


If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.

also what feed and broker are you using ?
