can i set my chart to not scroll. just stay right where it is, even if i right click and drag or right click the bottom to change scale i don't want either to work. i want my chart just to sit still but still want use of the crosshair. can this be done?

Unfortunately this option is not currently available within NinjaTrader however I have forwarded this to our development team as a suggestion on how we can improve the NinjaTrader platform.
