Cannot load any strategies

Not sure what is wrong, but for some reason I cannot select the 'strategies' option by right clicking the chart.

When I take the cursor the strategies button at the top, I get the message 'Strategies - disabled if chart trader is enabled'. I clicked on chart trader button and turn it off but still nothing happens.

Did I mess up with NT settings somehow? Not sure how I can get to select strategies again.
