    lost data

    6E 15 minutes chart, data lost for about 10 minutes, attached is my 15 minutes chart, it is totally different from the correct 15 minutes data

    Thank you for your note.

    Unfortunately there was an issue with the historical data servers. Please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you can then reload historical data.

        Hello Supermht,

        Please note that historical data between 9:37pm - 12:00am EDT yesterday is not complete for Zen-Fire - there will be historical data missing between these times. Unfortunately, our historical data server did not properly record data at these times. However, you should load complete historical data besides these times.

          found another problem, the time on the chart and computer time have one hour difference, how to solve this problem?

            Hello supermht,

            You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.
