IB order disappears from NT chart

Hello,
when i submit a simulated order all order-lines are on the chart; the order by itself + the stoploss + the target order and i can move them if necessary.
But, when i submit an order with my account on IB there are no order-lines on the NT chart so can't change anything if necessary.

Is the order in the IB account being submitted through the same chart? If not, which account is selected in the Chart's Chart Trader interface?

1- the order has to be confirmed in the TWS (IB) and the stoploss and target isn't there.
2- the order also is no more visible on the NT chart
3- my IB account is selected in the chart trader

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace and log files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20111027.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20111027.txt"

i submitted immediately a ticket to IB and received a response as there are no restrictions for day-trading on E-mini's.
I tested it and the problem is solved.
