You have a few options to set this up depending on the approach you are using.

You can use a session template which is only setup for the Start and End times for these hours and apply the strategy using your session template. However, you may seem some 'bleeding over' in some cases when using only the session template to limit trade hours

If you are manually coding the Strategy, your best bet is to program the strategy to only trade during regular hours. Please see our Reference Sample on the forum on Using a time filter to limit trading hours:
