No Data on Entry Chart

I can't get any data on either the Basic Entry Chart or the Static Super Dom. I am not able to select an instrument. Any Ideas?

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.

What instrument and expiry are you loading? (E.g., ES 12-11)

This instrument will come preconfigured in NinjaTrader to work with Zen-Fire.

Can you please reset your instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


Next restart NinjaTrader and try the ES 12-11 again.
