XAU/USD and MB Trading

I am trying to bring up a chart of XAU/USD Forex instrument using MBT Trading broker connection. The chart initially displays 'loading data', then seems to freeze NinjaTrader after a while. I never get any data on the chart. XAU/USD is loaded in my MB Navigator watchlist window, and it seems to be ticking normally.

Thank you for your post.

Please close your current chart then restart NinjaTrader. Next open a chart of an instrument that opens as expected then within the chart type $XAUUSD and hit Enter.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

The issue still persists, after performing what you have suggested.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Remove $XAUUSD from your Default instrument list and add it back in
• Reconnect
• Open a new chart

How can I bring up a chart of XAUUSD using IB ?

Please clarify - are you asking this question in regards to NinjaTrader 7 or NinjaTrader 8?
