    PFG Best

    When try to connect PFG best its just show blue icon, and connected status. in they "api".

    But not do anything in ninja, not show wrong password just maybe waiting but not give green status bar, and connected.

    Are you connecting to a live or demo account at PFG? My test connection here worked out fine (just tried).

    Can you please ensure you run latest NT7 R7 and the PFG API 1.0.471?

      Yes, NT7 R7 and the PFG API 1.0.471
      Demo.

      Tried several times, no special info in log tab.

                I could reproduce an issue here with a supplied demo connection and have asked PFG to look into matters. My other test connection used privately here works well, so I'm not sure on the exact specifics of the issue at this time, but will post when we hear back.

                  Could you please retry your PFG connections now? I just could login on the customer supplied test demo connection that would fail in previous attempts here.

                        downloading

                        Again problems

                        cant download historical data, any.
                        its just hangs if i try from yesterdays,
                        pfg logs show last line:

                        011-11-09 15:24:46.54 - Opening Historic Data file: C:\Program Files\PFGBest\PFGAPI\TmpTickData.tmp

                            It's a PGF api log and i deleted and not have anymore time to play, i will try create after two hours

                              Yes, I aware this is the PFG API log, this would be saved in our trace folder as well for review along with our own trace / log files - are you able to access historical data now again?
