Hello,

The only reason for the large of a difference is you must have been disconnected for a period of time and then you got reconneced. The low simply occured during the low time.

Lets compare your charts for today, please run NT and do not change the chart or reload historical data. Then take a screenshot of the chart. I will compare it to my computer on my side. See if this was an isolate time and it was due to connection loss or something else is going on we need to get down to the bottom of.

If there is a descrepency I will want to call you to find out the reason for it.
