Trading Technologies Quote Error on Gold (GC)

Hello,

I am relatively new to the Ninja Trader and I have just set up my broker connection with Trading Technologies / Velocity Futures and everything seems to be working fine for now except that I am not able to receive any quote for the Gold ( GC December) contract at this point in time.

Hi Julius,

Thanks for writing in.

GC 12-11 should function with it's default settings when using Trading Technologies as a data source.

Could you please load GC 12-11 in the Orders tab of the Control Center? Do the bid, ask and last price values update here or are you seeing these fields report 'n/a'?

Thank you for the quick reply.
I have tried loading it on the DOM, the Charts, the Market Analyzer and the Order Tab, but it neither gives me a price, a bid, ask or anything else for Gold.

Please advise.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and include 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line of the message.

In the message, please add:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need is named 'trace.20111025.txt'.
