Unable to conncet Kinetick

Hi,

i am trying to connect to Kinetick account and i get an error:

connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to

i did reboot to the comp and its still not working.

What should i do?

GM Igal, please retry with your firewall filters reduced to a minimum and if possible also hardwired to your modem to iron out where the connection is being halted.
